Es l\u00f6ste eine Welle von Begeisterung aus, die auch mich schnell erreicht hat. Die &#8222;Lahey &#8211; Methode&#8220; ist eine Technik, zu Hause mit ganz einfachen Mitteln, ein Brot zu backen das einem Steinofenlandbrot sehr nahe kommt &#8211; eine knusprige Kruste und ein luftiger, aromatischer Inhalt. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.de\/My-Bread-Revolutionary-No-Work-No-Knead\/dp\/0393066304\/ref=ntt_at_ep_dpi_1\" target=\"_blank\">My bread<\/a> &#8211; sein leidenschaftliches Brotbuch beginnt Lahey mit seiner &#8222;making of a bread baker&#8220; Geschichte. \u00dcber verschiedene Stationen in Italien und NY ist er in seiner <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sullivanstreetbakery.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sullivan Streat Bakery<\/a> angekommen und begl\u00fcckt dort mit seinen hochgelobten Backkreationen. Seine &#8222;zu Hause Methode&#8220; ist mehr als einfach. Mehl, Wasser, Salz und Hefe zu einem feuchten Hefeteig nur verr\u00fchren nicht kneten. 12-18 Stunden gehen lassen &#8211; kurz in Form bringen, nochmals 2 Stunden ruhen und in einem gu\u00dfeisernen Topf im Ofen bei hohen Temperaturen backen. that&#8217;s it!
