Besonders fasziniert hat mich die pop-up Kaffeebar <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #888888;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/zwartcoffee.be\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #888888; text-decoration: underline;\">ZWART temporary coffee lab<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/strong> von Isabelle Verschraegen und Roeland Lenaerts. Beide tragen den Kaffeevirus, sind auf ihrer pers\u00f6nlichen Entdeckungsreise, verr\u00fcckt nach der Bohne und wollen den Kaffee verstehen lernen, haben mit ZWART einen Raum und die Zeit gefunden zu lernen, zu testen, zu entdecken aber vorallem auch zu teilen. Schaffen mit ihrem coffee lab eine experimentierfreudige Atmosph\u00e4re in der man nicht einfach &#8217;nur&#8216; einen Cappuccino bestellt, sondern vielleicht doch mal einen Filterkaffee der nach Nuancen von Pfirsich, Zitrusfruchtsalat und schmelzender Schokolade schmecken kann.
