Ein <strong><span style=\"color: #888888;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pranachai.de\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #888888;\">Tee Aroma<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong> &#8211; weihnachtlich warm und s\u00fc\u00df wollte nicht &#8217;nur Tee&#8216; sein, sondern tickerte meine etwas angestaubte Rezeptt\u00fcftelei nach viel zu langer Zeit wieder an. Keks, Kuchen, Brot oder vielleicht doch knusprige K\u00f6rner in Milch? Dazu ein Morgen f\u00fcr mich und meine K\u00fcche &#8211; mit Ruhe, Kamera und Herbstlicht. TL Salz<br \/>\n100 ml plus 4 E\u00dfl. Ahornsirup<br \/>\n80-100 ml Kokos\u00f6l, geschmolzen<br \/>\n6-8 E\u00dfl. pranachai Tee, auf ein ausgewogenes Verh\u00e4ltnis der Gew\u00fcrze achten<\/p>\n<p>In einer K\u00fcchenmaschine Teebl\u00e4tter, Gew\u00fcrze und 4 E\u00dfl\u00f6ffel Haferflocken fein &#8218;hexeln&#8216; &#8211; Kardamom Schalen entnehmen. Zusammen mit Haferflocken, Kokos, Haseln\u00fcssen, Chia Samen und Salz in einer Schale vermengen. Ahornsirup und Kokos\u00f6l zugeben und unterr\u00fchren. Auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech streichen und mit 4 E\u00dfl\u00f6ffel Ahornsirup betr\u00f6pfeln &#8211; das reicht nat\u00fcrlich nicht f\u00fcr das ganze Granola, aber die Stellen die getr\u00e4nkt werden knuspern nach dem Backen besonders fr\u00f6hlich.
