We spent a long weekend in Ribe — and Lille Liebling quickly became the quiet center of it all. What stayed with us most were the people: Lennart, Orsi and August, each carrying that rare mix of ease, understated creativity, and the stories that shaped them.

With Lennart we harvested fresh rocket in the Market Garden — warm soil, sharp green leaves, and his calm way of explaining how everything grows when you give it time. And Orsi… we watched her move between the kitchen and the pizza oven outside, completely in control of both spaces. It felt as if she thrives exactly in that kind of challenge — switching, balancing, creating, without ever losing her smile.
Evenings were simple and good: fish, pizza, and a table full of laughter. Mornings brought a Copenhagen‑style breakfast that didn’t need to prove anything — just honest, bright, and exactly right.
Ribe in July, Lille Liebling — calm, honest, and memorable in its own way. A weekend that stayed with us.
